Today is the 7th, which means that Steph officially comes home in 16 days.  16 days is like only a little over two weeks.  TWO WEEKS!  Yay.

Another good note: I am not officiallly done with all social science classes for all time.  If you're a social sci major, that's cool and all, but damn I can't stand those classes.  You probably feel the same way about science though, so it goes both ways.

Meeting with Renata tonight was exactly the medicine I needed.  Thanks Ren.

Now, off to read 100 pages in sports psych tonight...

Today has sucked.  A whole friggin lot.

Monday, November 17, 2003

Well, after sleeping for 12 hours on Friday night, I am feeling much more rested.  This week I've only got one exam, at least I think so, which means I can relax a bit more and prepare for the last two weeks of school.  I also found out I graduate on June 18th at 10:00 AM.  I can't believe college is almost over already.  It's craziness.  Time flies sometimes.

Rachel, I'll be at practice on Tuesday if you want to bring me my french fries.  Though I do remember something about a birthday cake last year and I never saw that either...we could just add the french fries to the list

Steph comes home in a month and a week.  Yay!  I miss my bestest friend in the whole world, but I'm glad she's having a fantastic time.

My family is singing "splish, splash I was taking a bath" at the top of their lungs.  Have I mentioned my family is a bunch of crack addicts before?

A real quote from last night at dinner: My mom goes to get the bag of catnip to put a little bit of it on the chair where Sadie, the princess cat, is sitting.  She goes, "Here, put that in your pipe and smoke it."  I'm dead serious-that came out of my mother's mouth

On another note, Keith asked for a crack pipe for his birthday.  Well, we didn't have enough time to get it for him for his birthday, but we are honestly going to get him one for Christmas.  If you know any good crack pipe places, let me know.

Okay, I shall attempt to shed my nerdiness, since it seems nerdiness has been free flowing throughout most of my previous entries.  Let's see, what's new with me.

I GOT INTO MEDICAL SCHOOL!

What else?  Hmm...Mock Trial today, which was good, but I don't much like practices at houses because I feel we never get much done.  It should be like a disclaimer whenever we meet at someones house, that if you really have stuff to do that day, come, demand to be directed or crossed, then go.  Otherwise we all just end up hanging out and having fun.  We did get stuff done today, and we worked on LaPoint for like a billion and a half hours, I dunno.  It's always more of a hang out day than a true "practice" day.  Nice to see everyone all in one place though.  And Rachel, next time I say I'd like french fries, if you could pass that on, that'd be great.  Thanks.

Steph comes home in like a month and a half, which is honestly the most exciting thing since sliced bread.  In fact, it's way more exciting than sliced bread.  If I had to chose, I'd rather have to slice my own bread and have steph home than have steph stay far away and have my bread pre-sliced.  Really, it's a mark of a lazy society that we need our bread sliced for us.

Hmm, what else.  OH, went to dinner tonight with Sara and Ray, and we toasted with champagne.  Sometimes it really is damn nice to be 21.  I'm too much of a good girl to ever drink illegally, but to be able to legally drink is a nice thing sometimes. SOMETIMES.

Well, off to go watch tv in bed in pjs.  I should be doing my sports psych lab, but who wants to work on a stupid social science   Take THAT you soc sci majors!

PS-I have more fly stories, but I shall only post if requested so I don't feel like TOO much of a loser.
